Bliss Beau

Beau Le'Phant is a giant pink elephant mutant vehicle built by Dr. Galaxo Magic and the GravyBrain crew. Its skeleton is PVC pipe covered in pink ripstop nylon, lit from within, rolling on the chassis of a 1989 Chevy C20 van. The vehicle appeared on the playa in 2011 and returned in 2012 — both times funded in part through Kickstarter. Large enough to be unmissable, pink enough to be surreal, gentle enough to be beloved. On a dark playa night, a glowing pink elephant is exactly what you need to see.
