An imaginary sixth grader designed their first Burning Man sticker. That is the premise, and it is perfect.
The year was 2020. Burning Man was canceled. A real adult designed a sticker from the perspective of a kid who just discovered the event and immediately had strong feelings about losing it to a pandemic.
The result is earnest, slightly absurd, and completely correct. BM2020 Never4get is the kind of protest art that understands its own joke without stopping being sincere about it.
