Burning Man Documentation Team

The Burning Man Documentation Team is the official crew of photographers and videographers who capture the event for the archive — the people behind the images that let everyone who was not there imagine what it looked like, and let everyone who was there remember. They operate all week under difficult conditions: dust storms, extreme heat, night shoots, fire, crowds, and the challenge of photographing something that resists easy documentation.

This 2022 sticker is their badge — the Official sticker of the Documentation Team, made for a year that mattered extra because it was the first full-scale return since COVID. Whatever happened in 2022 that was worth remembering, someone from the Doc Team was there to document it.
