Animalia - "Official"

Every year Burning Man has one official welcome sticker, and this is 2023's version — the one Greeters handed to arriving Burners along with the What, Where, When Guide, Black Rock City's essential survival handbook.

Illustrated by terratorie for that year's Animalia theme, it works less like sought-after art and more like proof of arrival: everyone who picked up a Guide at the gate got one.

That makes it one of the most widely distributed pieces in the whole Archive — a small shared memory nearly every 2023 attendee carried out of the gate.
